When contacting us, please try to only use that email address to receive the fastest customer support response. Also note that all email communications and any issues with your orders are sent to that email address.
Unfortunately it is not uncommon for our emails to end up in your Junk/Spam folder, so please be sure to check for our emails in those folders!
