For our Youtube views services, you have the option of choosing the country location of the viewers that will see your video. If this extra feature is available, you will be presented with the option during your order checkout. If you do not see the option then it is not currently available.
We do not offer interest targeting simply because it is not possible. Any of our competitors selling interest targeting are simply dishonest and will not provide interest targeted viewers.
